Angela Ashwood
President
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Angela Ashwood studied Mechanical Engineering at Oklahoma State University- Tulsa. She currently works as a Project Engineer in the Structural Analysis department for B+T Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She performs structural analysis and foundation designs on cell phone towers. In her spare time she likes to do anything that involves a form of art. Her goal with SWE is to continue to be a good role model to girls in the STEM world.

Nilou Mehrafza
Vice President of Professional Development
Niloufar Mehrafza is the VP of Professional Development of SWE Tulsa NEO Professional Chapter. She is an ESP Motor Sustaining Engineer for Baker Hughes, a GE Company. Previously, Niloufar worked as an R&D Engineer for Wireline Services, Exploration Tools in Houston,Texas. She holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Sandeep Kaur Kuttal
Vice President of Outreach Dr. Sandeep Kaur Kuttal is an Assistant Professor in the Tandy School of Computer Science at the University of Tulsa. She received her Ph.D. at the department of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She is also a faculty advisor at The University of Tulsa for Society of Women Engineers (SWE), National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT), and University of Tulsa Young Professionals (TUYP). She is a mentor for Oklahoma Women in Information Technology (OKWIT) mentorship program. As Vice President of Outreach for SWE Tulsa NEO she hopes to aspire young kids (especially under-privileged) to have an access to STEM education for a better world and a brighter future. Elly Towns
Treasurer Elly Towns is a Civil Engineer born in Texas, but raised in Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2011. She is currently working for Lee C. Moore, A Woolslayer Company, designing oil derricks and masts, along with managing small and large projects and supervising field installations on different rigs. |
Abigail Enriquez

Abigail Enriquez performs Structural Analysis, foundation and cellphone tower designs as a project engineer for B+T Group. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University (OSU) Spring 2018. Abigail is an active member of SWE and has held various positions in the Tulsa SWE NEO chapter. Her passion is to empower younger students to pursue STEM careers through community outreach.

Kristina Wadley-Ozbun

Kristina Wadley-Ozbun received her Associates of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in 2016, and is studying for her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Human Resource Management option at Oklahoma State University. She has spent over 15 years in managerial roles within small business and retail establishments specializing in client satisfaction, talent and operations management. She currently works as a Business Development Specialist for Switchgear Search & Recruiting. She works within the oil and gas, manufacturing, engineering, and finance industries. As the mother of three daughters, she is excited to work with SWE on improving and empowering the future of all women both in and out of STEM fields.
